The ACC had a day-long Experience Sharing Session on ‘Bitcoin’ and ‘Public Perception Management’ in the morning and afternoon respectively on 5 April 2021 at the ACC Conference Hall.About 80 staff attended the above two sessions.
On the request of the ACC, Mr. Dawa Sonam, Project Manager for Block chain at Bhutan Telecom gave a talk on “Bitcoin”and Mr. Karma Tshering, Principal Consultant at Apaconsultstalked on “Public Perception Management”
The session on “Bitcoin” covered the importance and benefits of bitcoin, its requirements and impact. The session gave an insight into what and how ‘Bitcoin’ works. Likewise in the afternoon session on ‘Public Perception Management’, it covered the complexity of perception, what influences perception for individuals and the importance of organizational perception management.
Experience Sharing Session was instituted in October 2018 to nurture a culture of learning through sharing of experiences, encourage exchange of creative and innovative ideas for organizational development, and ultimately reinforce a sense of progressiveness and team spirit among the ACC cadre. The first Experience Sharing Session was conducted on the topic ‘two aspects of mind’, which was delivered by the President of the Institute for Science of Mind (ISM). The ACC looks forward to having such more informative sessions ahead.
