Interested in-service civil servants who meet the eligibility as per Chapter 14 of the BCSR 2018 can apply through the Zhiyog Recruitment System (jobs.rcsc.gov.bt) by November 30, 2023. Selected applicants will be eligible for a Professional Allowance of 45% of the basic pay. Selected applicants will be either placed in the Head Office (Thimphu) or Regional Offices (Bumthang, Phuntsholing or Trashigang).
