The Anti-Corruption Commission launched the redesigned Complaints and Investigation Management System (CIMS) on 4 January 2017 by the Chairperson and the Commissioners in ACC conference hall. The redesigned system is expected to further professionalize ACC operations in terms of managing complaints, investigations, follow-up and other mandates effectively and efficiently.
Operationalization of CIMS is one of the priorities of the Commission for 2016-2017.
