The Anti-Corruption Commission invites proposals to provide the following consulting services: [Development of Youth Integrity Program to be executed within 7 weeks after work award]. More details on the services are provided in the attached below Terms of Reference.
A Consultant will be selected under [Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) Method] and procedures described in this RFP, in accordance with the latest Procurement Rules and Regulations in force of the Royal Government of Bhutan.
The Proposals are to be submitted at the latest by [10 AM of 12TH February 2020] and the Technical Proposals will be opened on [12th February 2020].
