The ACC would like to humbly felicitate His Majesty The King on this auspicious occasion of 10 years of benevolent reign marked with extraordinary and exemplary leadership, laying the foundations for a strong and vibrant democracy.
In commemorating the day, ACC joined the nation in mass cleaning campaign in and around the office premises at Kawajangsa. On this special occasion, we re-dedicate our unwavering commitment to ensuring that the anti-corruption drive of His Majesty does not become rhetorical but results in significant changes that will have a lasting impact.
Coinciding with the day, ACC observed the 13th International Anti-Corruption Day on the theme “Corruption: An impediment to the Sustainable Development Goals” at Gelephu. The commemoration was graced by the Hon’ble Lyonpo of Ministry of Information and Communication.
The day was observed with the launching of anti-corruption posters and guideline for integrity clubs in the schools and tertiary educational institutes. The commemoration was spearheaded by the youth volunteers and students from Gelephu.
