Government Procurement & Property Management Division under Department of National Properties, Ministry of Finance (Debarment Secretariat) and Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) jointly sensitized on the Debarment Rules 2019 to the newly appointed Debarment Committee members on 9 July 2021 at the ACC conference hall.
The session was attended by seven out of eight members. Alongside the Committee members, the Chairperson & Commissioners of the ACC and Director General of Department of National Properties, MoF also attended the program.
The Debarment Rules aim to ensure that a public agency does business with responsible entities/individuals, and promote good governance & integrity in the public procurement.
