The Construction Development Board (CDB) signed theΒ revised Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)Β with the ACC on 26 March, 2018 towards further enhancing cooperation and collaboration to prevent and combat corruption. The revised MoU repeals the MoU signed between the two agencies on 19 September, 2013.
The MoU provides framework to share information to facilitate the investigations, through use of online systems, and promote integrity and anti-corruption measures to prevent corruption in the construction industry.
