In view of the issues and challenges faced by the declarants as well as to address some of the technical issues at the backend, experts from the Department of Information Technology and Telecom, Government Data Center, and Bhutan Telecom have joined the core team to resolve the issues comprehensively and at the earliest possible. Therefore, the AD System is being taken offline for a week, from 28 June to 5 July 2022, for the team to work on resource and system optimization.
Therefore, the Commission finds it necessary to extend the deadline for filing AD for the income year 2021 to 31 July 2022. AD filed within August 2022 will be considered late declaration while the filings from 1 September 2022 onwards will fall under the non-declaration category. Kindly file your declaration after 5 July 2022 but before 31 July 2022.
