On the 14th and 17th of February 2025, the Anti-Corruption Commission conducted an interactive session for 490 trainees (233 male and 257 female) undergoing the Foundational In-Service Training (FIT) program at the Royal Institute of Management (RIM). The session underscored the fundamental importance of integrity and ethical conduct in public service.
Through engaging discussions and practical exercises, including a hands-on session on asset declaration, participants were equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate ethical dilemmas, identify and mitigate corruption risks, and uphold the highest standards of integrity in their professional roles. This comprehensive program fostered a dynamic learning environment, empowering young civil servants to serve the people of Bhutan with dedication, honesty, and a steadfast commitment to public service.
This session also served as a preparatory event leading up to the National Anti-Corruption Day, which will be observed on the 21st of February 2025.
