The second round of Gewog Awareness & Advocacy program in Dagana Dzongkhag successfully concluded on 21 May 2017 covering 14 Gewogs. The two member team from ACC also interacted with the students and staff of two central schools (Gaserling Central School and Lhamoi Dzhingkha Central School) under the Dzongkhag.
Such programs are being catered through various themes involving key stakeholders such as the local government, school/institutes and youth in different parts of the country to build an informed citizenry and garner support in the fight against corruption. Besides this, it is expected to develop the sense of intolerance and resistance to corruption and improve the quality of complaints by sharing some typical case studies. A total of 1,851 participants turned up to attend the program.
