In accordance with Section 38 (1) of the Anti-Corruption Act of Bhutan (ACAB) 2011 and the Asset Declaration (AD) Rules 2022, the Anti-Corruption Commission hereby reminds all covered persons to file your Annual Asset Declaration for the Income Year 2022 within the declaration period, i.e. from 1st March to 30th April 2023. To confirm whether you are a covered person, please refer Annexures I & II of the AD Rules 2022 availableย here.
It is the responsibility of a covered person to file his/her Asset Declarationย within the said declaration period, failing which, penalty shall be levied as per section 38 (4) & (5) of the ACAB 2011 and Sections 53 and 54 of the AD Rules 2022.
