Upon the request from the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), Dasho Chewang Rinzin, Director of Royal Institute for Governance and Strategic Studies (RIGSS) conducted a session onโFundamentals of Effective and Principled Negotiationโ on 10 September 2021 at the ACC Office.
The half-day session, which was attended by the Management team from the ACC, covered on the concepts of negotiation, seven elements of negotiation, and the process of negotiations.
Effective and principled negotiation enables to understand the underlying interests which in turn may facilitate in identifying appropriate options including its legitimacy to resolve problems or social issues besides the effective means of communication and active listening.
