On 5 February 2025, the Anti-Corruption Commission in collaboration with the Financial Institutions Training Institute, conducted a session for new recruits of the Druk Punjab National Bank, emphasizing the importance of integrity and ethical conduct in delivering exceptional financial services. Key discussions highlighted the detrimental impact of corruption on organizational credibility and economic stability, reinforcing the critical need for transparency and accountability. By instilling these core values in new recruits, the session is expected to cultivate a culture of trust, integrity, and professionalism, thereby contributing to the sustainable growth and resilience of Bhutan’s financial sector.
