onsidering the critical leadership role that the Local Government functionaries has in deepening the principles of democracy and good governance at the grass root level, a team of officials from ACC led by the Commissioner interacted with the members of Dzongkhag Tshogdu, Punakha Dzongkhag on 4th August 2017.
During the session, ACC presented the Complaint Management Procedures and sensitized on corruption prevention tools like Asset Declaration Rules 2017, Gift Rules 2017 and Conflicts of Interest Guideline. Such sessions are catered by ACC to garner support in enhancing transparency, accountability and integrity to prevent corruption and exchange perspectives in terms of advancing the national agenda of reducing corruption.
