Promoting Integrity and Public Trust in Public Institutions and Public Servants In accordance with Section 38 (1) of the Anti-Corruption Act of Bhutan (ACAB) 2011 and the Asset Declaration (AD) Rules 2017, the Anti-Corruption Commission hereby remindsย all covered persons to file your Annual Asset Declaration for the Income Year 2021 within the declaration period, i.e., from 3rd May to 30th June 2022.ย AD filed withinย July will be considered late declarationย while fromย 1st August, the filings will fall under non-declaration category.ย To confirm whether you are a covered person, please refer Annexures I & II of theย AD Rules 2017.
It is the responsibility of a covered person to file his/her Asset Declaration within the said declaration period, failing which, penalty shall be levied as per section 38 (4) & (5) of the ACAB 2011 and Sections 53 and 54 of the AD Rules 2017.
