On 21st May 2019, the Anti-Corruption Commission presented its Annual Report for the reporting year 2018 to the Good Governance (GG) Committee of the National Assembly. The presentation was attended by the Honβble Speaker and nine members of the GG Committee of the National Assembly.
The Report will be presented and deliberated in the upcoming Session of the Parliament (the 2nd Session of the Third Parliament). The Report is the 12th report of the ACC being submitted in accordance with Article 27 (4) of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Bhutan and Section 169 (1) of the Anti-Corruption Act of Bhutan 2011. It covers the period from January to December 2018.
