The Anti-Corruption Commission hereby reminds all covered persons who have not yet filed Annual Asset Declaration for the Income Year 2022 to file on or before 30th April 2023. AD filed within May will be considered late declaration while from 1st June, the filings will fall under non-declaration category. To confirm whether you are a covered person, please refer to Annexures I & II of the AD Rules 2022 available here.
Please note that failure to file declaration within the prescribed period (1st March to 30th April, 2023) and/or providing incomplete information shall invite penalty as per Sections 38 (4) & (5) of the Anti-Corruption Act of Bhutan 2011 and Sections 53, 54 and 55 of the AD Rules 2022.
