Hon’ble Prime Minister visits the ACC Office 

On 13 February 2024, Hon’ble Prime Minister paid a visit to the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), interacting with the Commission and officials on various issues, challenges and opportunities pertaining to the fight against corruption. Among others, the ACC highlighted some of the key findings emanating from the Transparency International’s Corruption Perception Index 2023, National Integrity Assessment 2022, and the ACC’s Annual Report 2022-2023. Alongside, the ACC presented on some of the key interventions designed in the Strategic Anti-Corruption Roadmap 2021-2030, underscoring resolute anti-corruption drive for realizing Bhutan’s pursuit to become a ‘Developed Nation’ in next 10 years.

The Hon’ble Prime Minister lauded the ACC’s relentless efforts in complementing the development process and unequivocally conveyed his unwavering support in preventing and combating corruption holistically for progress and prosperity.
