The Anti-Corruption Commission in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 38 (8) and Section 171 of the Anti-Corruption Act of Bhutan 2011 hereby revises the declaration period for filing of Asset Declaration from February-March as prescribed in the Asset Declaration Rules 2017 to March – April hereafter.
