The Resident Coordinator of the UN, Mr. Gerald Daly accompanied by three officials from the UNV conducted a workshop on “Personal Resilience in the time of stress” for the ACC staff. The workshop was conducted in two sessions on 7th and 11th February, 2019 and was attended by a total of 27 officials, including the Chairperson and Commissioners from the ACC.
The workshop was conducted by Mr. Daly upon request of the ACC Chairperson. Similar sessions were conducted by the team for the staff of RTC and the UN Peacekeeping. Building resilience of the staff is even more important for the ACC given the nature of ACC’s job to endure stress and challenging situations.
