The Anti-Corruption Commission is pleased to announce vacancy for in-service civil servants on lateral transfer:

Interested in-service civil servants who meet the eligibility criteria may APPLY NOW if you want to pursue a career in digital forensics. You will become a certified digital (computer and mobile phones) forensics examiner. It is an exciting role with opportunities to learn and develop your skills in a unique environment. You will conduct digital forensic examinations as part of corruption investigations using forensic tools and investigative methods. It involves recovering data and analyzing information from digital devices to solve corruption cases.

For the eligibility criteria, please refer Section 14.5 of chapter 14 of the BCSR 2018 and Super Structure Schedule II.

However, as per section 4.1.2 (b) of the MoU signed between RCSC and ACC, “obligations for secondment and training for open competition/transfer/secondment” to a position in ACC will be waived off.

Selected applicants for the Technicial Support Division will be eligible for Professional allowance of 45% of the basic pay while others will be eligible for Professional allowance of 20% of the basic pay.

  4. Copies of academic transcripts (class X, XII, and any further qualification);
  5. Copies of relevant training transcripts;
  6. Copy of Bhutanese Citizenship Identity Card;
  7. Copy of Medical Fitness Certificate issued by competent RGoB medical doctor;
  8. Copy of Valid Security Clearance; and

No Objection Certificate, if employed.

Applicants who submitted applications and documents previously need not re-submit. Selected applicants for the Legal Division will be eligible for a Professional Allowance of 45% of the basic pay while others will be eligible for a Professional allowance of 20% of the basic pay.

Selected applicants shall be either placed in the Headquarters Office (Thimphu) or Field Offices (Phuntsholing, Trashigang & Bumthang).
