Interested in-service civil servants who meet the eligibility criteria may apply. For the eligibility criteria, please refer Section 14.5 of chapter 14 of the BCSR 2018 and Super Structure Schedule II.
However, as per section 4.1.2 (b) of the MoU signed between RCSC and ACC, “obligations for secondment and training for open competition/transfer/secondment” to a position in ACC will be waived off.
Application along with the following documents must reach the ACC Secretariat latest by March 28, 2019:
Moderation Exercise Result for the last two financial years
Copies of academic transcripts
Copy of: Security Clearance Certificate and Audit Clearance Certificate
Selected applicants will be eligible for Professional allowance of 45% of the basic pay.
