Interested Bhutanese citizen who meet the eligibility criteria between the age of 18-40 may apply. For the eligibility criteria, please refer Section 7.4 of Chapter 7 of the BCSR 2018.

- RCSC Employment Application Form (Annexure 4/1)
- Resume
- Copies of academic transcripts (Class X, XII and Diploma)
- Copies of training certificates
- Copy of work experience letter/certificate if any
- Copy of: Security Clearance Certificate and Medical Certificate
For shortlisting, the ratio of vacancy to candidates shall be 1:5 (if there are more number of eligible candidates). Applicants meeting the eligibility criteria with clean record will be shortlisted based on Acedemic performance (80%) and work experience in the field of study/post announced (20%). Shortlisted applicants will be notified through emails and phone call besides announcement on the ACC website.
Selected applicants will be eligible for Professional Allowance of 45% of the basic pay.
