In partnership with the Institute of Science of Mind (ISM) Zhung Dratshang, a team led by Director (DoPE) conducted session with the employees of State Trading Corporation of Bhutan Limited on 27th September, 2018. A total of 36 employees including the management team attended the session.
The team acknowledged the STCBL Management for signing the Corporate Integrity Pledge and providing continuous support in the fight against corruption.
The session started with the presentation by the President of ISM on understanding the positive & negative aspect of mind towards promoting Individual and Organizational values.
The session also highlighted on the importance of integrity management approaches & shared Self Evaluation Test results as part of Business Integrity Initiative of Bhutan for integration into Organizational Integrity Plan & Corporate Strategic Plan.
