As a part of the Justice Sector Strategic Plan (JSSP) 2018-2023, the ACC conducted a half-day virtual thematic session βSustaining Trust and Confidence in Public Service Deliveryβ for the officials of the Department of Immigration (DoI) of Thimphu Head Office, Paro International Airport and Samdrup Jongkhar Regional office on 6 April 2022.
The session covered topics such as the importance of Ethics, Integrity, and Professionalism, besides highlighting corruption scenarios and discussing ethical dilemmas and integrity issues pertaining to immigration services aimed at strengthening transparency, accountability and integrity measures in delivering efficient and effective services. The session was attended by a total of 55 participants (26 male and 29 female).
