In colloboration with the Institute of Science of Mind (ISM) Zhung Dratshang, a team led by Director (DoPE) conducted a half day session with the employees of Drukair Corporation limited. A total of 118 employees including the management team attended the session on 7thSeptember, 2018.
The team acknowledged the Drukair Management for signing the Corporate Integrity Pledge and also for providing continuous support in the fight against corruption.
As a part of the Business Integrity Initiative of Bhutan program, the result of Self Evaluation Test was shared tothe participants following the presentation on the internal controls by Drukair. The session also highlighted on the importance of integrity management approaches and focussed on the inclusiveness of Organisation Integrity Plan in the Corporate Strategic Plan.
The session concluded with the presentation by the President of ISM on how negative aspects of mind relates to selfishness and positive aspects of mind relates to peace, non-violence and compassion towards achieving Gross National Happiness.
