owards enhancing collaboration and communication between the ACC and Media fraternity, two-hour interactive session was held on 17 July 2019 at Jambayang Resort, Thimphu.
The session was organized to strengthen the coalition against corruption through proactive engagement with the media. In addition, the session sought feedback/suggestion on the draft ACC Media and Communication Strategy. The strategy, once finalized, is expected to provide guiding framework in engaging media in fighting corruption.
25 producers, editors, reporters from seven media firms including the Bhutan Media Foundation and Journalist Association of Bhutan attended the meeting. The meeting is the second of its kind, last one being coordinated in October 2016.
