Sensitization on the Business Integrity Initiative of Bhutan (BIIB) to the aspiring Construction Contractor

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) sensitized the BIIB program to the aspiring Construction Contractor during the ‘Induction Course for Bhutanese Who Aspire to be a Construction Contractor organized by the Bhutan Construction and Transport Authority under the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport. 

The ACC presented the corruption scenario at both global and national level, emphasizing the role of private sector in combating corruption. The presentation covered the costs and implications of corruption in businesses and also highlighted the benefits of adhering to ethical business practices. Furthermore, the ACC presented the revised BIIB Program and outlined strategies aimed at fostering a clean and ethical business environment in the country.
