Revocation Order

The Anti-Corruption Commission, in exercise of the power conferred by section 112 of the Anti-Corruption Act of Bhutan 2011, hereby partially revoke the freeze notice issued vide letter No. ACC/SDB/Case-01/2013/1157 dated 10th November 2014. This revocation order shall apply only to the immovable property registered in the name of below mentioned individuals under Chang Gewog, Thimphu Dzongkhag with immediate effect.
