Revocation Order

The Anti-corruption Commission, in the excercise of the power conferred by the Section. 112 of the Anti-corruption Act of Bhutan, 2011, hereby revoke the freeze notice issued vide letter No. ACC/ID/Case – 13/2011/1401 dated 5 September 2012 concerning the immovable property registered in the name of the  following persons under Mongar Dzongkhag wth immediate effect.
