In light of the unprecedented challenge posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, many public officials (declarants) may be engaged at different levels and in different capacities, in supporting the national effort in preventing and combating the spread of COVID-19. Others, though not engaged directly, may also be affected either directly or indirectly.
Recognizing the extraordinary time and the difficulty that declarants may be facing in filing their AD on time due to their noble engagements, the ACC is pleased to relax the deadline for filing AD for the reporting year 2019. Further, given the uncertainty, the ACC will set a revised deadline for filing AD once the situation becomes normal.
However, the ACC encourages those who have not filed their AD to file as and when possible without waiting for the deadline. Further, the ACC request the agencies to submit the AD Report as scheduled by the 3rdΒ week of June 2020.
