Towards reinforcing the practice of ethical code of conduct and also to enhance internal communication, the regular Quarterly Staff Meeting (QSM) was conducted on 8 November 2017 at ACC conference hall. โLiving with Integrity: A testimony of Gratitudeโ was the theme for 3rd QSM for the year 2017.
Welcoming the two new members to ACC family viz. Tashi Jamtsho, Chief Integrity Promotion Officer, Department of Prevention and Education and Ugyen Penjor, Senior Administration Officer, Secretariat Services, the Officiating Chairperson updated on some of the recent programs initiated by the ACC since the last meeting held on 28 July,2017.
The half day (afternoon) meeting updated the members on the status of decisions taken in the last meetings, endowment and staff welfare scheme, social activities, draft action plan on corruption risk management & integrity diagnosis test and sensitized on ethical code of conduct. More importantly, the meeting was a platform to reflect on the principles that ACC members subscribe to. The meeting concluded with some exercises on reflection and being grateful.
