Interactive Session with Trainee Officers of the Foundational In-Service Training

The Anti-Corruption Commission conducted an interactive session for 365 trainee officers attending the Foundational In-Service Training (Phase I) at the Royal Institute of Management on 16 February 2026.

Delivered in two batches, the session emphasised key corruption prevention tools, including the Asset Declaration System, Gift Rules, and Conflict of Interest management. Through technical briefings and practical exercises, trainees were encouraged to integrate these tools into their daily professional conduct.

The program serves as a targeted early intervention for new civil service entrants, aimed at promoting ethical civil servants by safeguarding them against inherent corruption vulnerabilities that is quintessential for nurturing a civil service that is fair, professional, and trustworthy.
