On 27 May 2024, the Anti-Corruption Commission, led by the Chairperson interacted with 19 third-year students from Jigme Singye Wangchuck School of Law.Β
The session is part of a core course on Administrative Law for the third-year students. Some of the key topics included during the session were Debarment Rule, Gift Rules 2017, Asset Declaration System, Model Guideline on CoI Management, Model Public Service Code of Conduct, Integrity Vetting System and Integrity Pact. Besides enhancing the students’ knowledge on anti-corruption law and sensitizing on some of the transparency and accountability tools in the overall governance system, the session also reinforced their commitment in fostering a corruption-free society.
