The Anti-Corruption Commission hereby reminds all covered persons who have not yet filed Annual Asset Declaration for the Income Year 2021 to file on or before 31st July 2022. AD filed within August will be considered late declaration while from 1st September, the filings will fall under non-declaration category. To confirm whether you are a covered person, please refer Annexures I & II of the AD Rules 2017.
Kindly note that it is the responsibility of the covered person to file his/her Asset Declaration within the declaration period failing which, penalty shall be levied as per section 38 (4) & (5) of the ACAB 2011 and Sections 53 and 54 of the AD Rules 2017.
