On 24 September 2024, the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) of Bhutan and the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) of Thailand renewed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), further strengthening the commitment to combating corruption.
The ACC received a seven-member delegation led by the Acting President of NACC for this momentous occasion. During the event, an overview of both the institutions was presented highlighting the mandates of the respective institutions, followed by an interactive session. The initial MoU between the two agencies was signed on 26 May 2010 and last renewed on 08 August 2019 for a three-year term. The renewal of this significant MoU reflects the mutual cooperation and renewed commitment of both institutions to strengthen collaboration in furthering anti-corruption efforts in the regions.
