The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Skills Development (MoESD), successfully conducted two Training of Trainers (ToT) programmes on the DAMTSI Education Guidebook, benefiting 53 participants. The participants included ECCD facilitators, education officials from Dzongkhags and Thromdes, and other key stakeholders involved in Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD).
The DAMTSI Education Guidebook is a revised and enhanced version of the DAMTSI Activity Book for ECCD, developed in response to recommendations from the Evaluation of the DAMTSI Programme for ECCD Centres conducted in February 2025. The guidebook aims to strengthen values-based education and promote integrity from an early age.
The ToT programmes were held in Punakha from 25–26 May 2026 and in Mongar from 29–30 May 2026, equipping participants with the knowledge and skills needed to implement the guidebook effectively across ECCD centres nationwide.
