Notification on annual Asset Declaration (AD) for the Income Year 2025

In accordance with Section 38 (1) of the Anti-Corruption Act of Bhutan (ACAB) 2011 and the Asset Declaration Rules (ADR) 2022, the Anti-Corruption Commission hereby notifies all covered persons to file your annual Asset Declaration (AD) for the income year 2025 within the period, from 1st March to 30th April 2026. Kindly note that AD filed in the month of May will be considered as late declaration while AD filed from 1st June onwards shall be considered as non-declaration. 

It is the responsibility of every covered person to file his/her AD completely and accurately within the stipulated deadline. Failure would invite penalties as per Section 38 (4) & (5) of the ACAB 2011 and Sections 53 and 55 of the ADR 2022. To confirm whether you are a covered person, kindly refer Annexure I and II of the ADR 2022 available at www.acc.org.bt

AD must be filed online through the ADS portal https://ads.acc.org.bt. To reset login passwords, users can click the “Forgot Password” button, as long as the registered mobile number or email is active or users may also login with Bhutan NDI.
