The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) conducted a one-day program for NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) youth at Changjiji Youth Center, Thimphu, on 13 February 2026, engaging 24 participants.
NEET represents a transitional phase, where young people stand at the crossroad of new opportunities and vulnerabilities. The program is one of the important initiatives rolled out in collaboration between ACC and Department of Education Programs, Ministry of Education & Skills Development under the aegis of Youth Integrity Program.
Through immersive role plays, group discussions, and case studies, the program explored real-life challenges, the consequences of value erosion, and the importance of positive role models.
The program was organized as one of the build-up programs to the 3rd National Anti-Corruption Day which will be observed on 21 February, 2026 coinciding with the 46th Birth Anniversary of His Majesty The King.
