ACC attends the 2026 Global Anti-Corruption and Integrity Forum and the 2026 ACI Workshop on Whistleblower Protection

An official from the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) attended the 2026 Global Anti-Corruption and Integrity Forum, organised by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) from 23 to 27 March 2026, at the OECD Conference Centre in Paris, France.

The theme of the 2026 forum, “The Integrity Advantage: Powering Competitiveness and Prosperity,” emphasised that anti-corruption and integrity policies are not only safeguards but can also drive economic performance, resilience, and innovation. Discussions focused on strengthening enforcement mechanisms, improving governance frameworks, and using data-driven integrity systems to prevent fraud, enhance decision-making, and support sustainable and inclusive growth.

The 2026 Anti-Corruption Initiative (ACI) Workshop on Whistleblower Protection was held as a side event during the forum on 26 March 2026. The workshop focused on strengthening whistleblower protection in both the public and private sectors, particularly within Asia and the Pacific by providing participating economies with the peer-learning opportunities to discuss on the legal frameworks and institutional arrangements for protecting individuals who report corruption or misconduct.

The forum was attended by policymakers, business leaders, civil society representatives, and experts from around the world.
