Upon the request of the National Council (NC), a team from the ACC conducted Corruption Risk Management (CRM) workshop on 13thJuly 2012 at the NC. The Hon’ble members led by His Excellency the Chairperson of the NC including some officials from the secretariat attended the workshop.
Prevention and Education
Upon the request of the Ministry of Health (MoH), a team of anti-corruption officers led by Director conducted Corruption Risk Management (CRM) in Mongar Regional Referral Hospital on 26th May 2012.
The team also conducted CRM for Mongar Dzongkhag Administration on 25th May 2012, making it the first Dzongkhag to conduct CRM.
With the implementation of new AD Rule 2012 (Rules), there are 331 public servants categorized as scheduled public servants who will declare their asset and liabilities with the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).
Out of 331, 300 have declared within the deadline and grace period of one month taking the compliance rate to 90.33% this year. While 254 of the declarants filed their asset and liabilities within 31st March 2012, 45 of them filed during the grace period of one month.
