Rest assured that your identity and responsibility will be safeguarded in accordance with the witness protection provisions outlined in chapter 7 of the Anti-Corruption Act of Bhutan 2011. It is important to refrain from submitting vindictive and malicious complaints. Any complainant or informant who knowingly provides false or deceptive information with malicious intent will be held accountable and subject to legal consequences under section 80 of the Anti-Corruption Act of Bhutan 2011.
