The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) of Bhutan is pleased to share that a three-member delegation, led by the Director of the Department of Professional Support, is participating in the Capacity Building Program for Anti-Corruption Public Officials in the Republic of Korea, held from 6th to 13th September 2026.
This training is conducted under the KOICA Fellowship Program, jointly organised by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission (ACRC) and the Korea International Development Cooperation Center (KIDC) of the Republic of Korea. The programme brings together twelve officials from four Asian countries, Bhutan, India, Mongolia, and Nepal, offering a valuable platform for regional learning and exchange among anti-corruption practitioners.
The training course is designed to strengthen participants’ capacity to develop and implement effective anti-corruption policies and measures. It covers a comprehensive range of subjects, including corruption prevention, detection mechanisms, integrity assessment, and whistleblower protection, drawing on the Republic of Korea’s recognised expertise and institutional best practices in combating corruption.
Through this programme, participating officials are gaining valuable knowledge, practical tools, and cross-country perspectives that will support the strengthening of anti-corruption systems and integrity-building efforts in their respective countries. The ACC extends its sincere appreciation to KOICA, ACRC, and KIDC for this opportunity.
