In-service candidates are to refer to Sections 14.4. & 14.5 of the BCSR 2018 and Super Structure Schedule II for eligibility criteria; and interested candidates for consolidated contract are to refer Chapter 5 of the BCSR 2018.

For shortlisting, the ratio of vacancy to candidates shall be 1:3 if there are more eligible candidates. Selected applicants shall receive professional allowance as per MoF/R-ACC/2010/9844 dated January 7, 2010. Selected applicants shall be either placed in the Headquarters Office (Thimphu) or Regional or Field Offices (Bumthang, Trashigang & Phuntsholing).
